As a CYBELANGEL customer, your organization is registered on our platform based on your email address domain. Every new user of our Help Center who registers an account with an email address domain associated to your organization will become a member of this organization.
This enables CYBELANGEL to organize and sort tickets more efficiently, and offers restricted access to some sections of our Community to our trusted customers.
How can I be sure that my account is associated to one of your customer's organization?
If you can access the Community topics restricted to our customers, than your account is associated to one of CYBELANGEL's customer organization.
I am not recognized as a member of a CYBELANGEL's customer organization, what shall I do?
Organization recognition is based on the domain names linked with an organization that has been provided by the supervisors, superadministrators or authorities contracting with CYBELANGEL. If your email domain name is not associated to your organization, please inform your supervisors so that they may request to us that your domain name be added to their organization.
Can I see tickets created by other members of my organization?
Not by default, but organization supervisors can request that tickets submitted through the Help Center or by email are shared with all members of their organization with an account on our Help Center.
