You may sometimes need to reset your multifactor authentication, when you change your device for instance. In this case, you will be able to log into our platform temporarily using your recovery code, however you will not be able to reset your MFA method.
In order to do so, you need to address a ticket to our Support team through our Technical Support form.
Please note that for security reasons, your request must be validated by an authority. To this extend, follow these recommendations:
- CC to your request at least one administrator of your CybelAngel account (users with the Admin Platform role), who can confirm that your request is legitimate.
- If you cannot CC another Admin (e.g. you are the only Admin of your tenant, or all the other Admins are not in a position to validate your request), please CC your dedicated CybelAngel Customer Success Manager and call them over the phone. They will be able to validate your request.
Once your request has been validated, either by one of your Admin or by your dedicated Customer Success Manager, it will be processed by our Support team. You will then receive an enrollment email that will allow you to set a new MFA method.
