When I try to login, I have an error message that says "LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE RETRY".
Answer
Our authentication provider uses temporary tokens to verify your identity. Those tokens have a very short life duration and expires quickly.
If you see this error message, it may be related to timezones and your computer clock synchronization.
In order to remediate this issue, you may try the following solutions:
1) Check your computer clock is properly synchronized
2) Check your computer clock matches the timezone you're currently in or trying to connect from (if you're using a VPN for instance).
If none of the above solutions works, please create a ticket with our support department.
