When I try to login, I have an error message that says "LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE RETRY".
This issue may arise from two known causes: desynchronized clock (with or without VPN) and SSL interception.
Our authentication provider uses temporary tokens to verify your identity. Those tokens have a very short life duration and expires quickly.
If you see this error message, it may be related to timezones and your computer clock synchronization.
In order to remediate this issue, you may try the following solutions:
1) Check your computer clock is properly synchronized
2) Check your computer clock matches the timezone you're currently in or trying to connect from (if you're using a VPN for instance).
There is a known issue with solutions providing SSL Interception to safely browse the Internet, such as Trend Micro Web Security. You either have to add an exception to these solutions when using our platform, or import another trusted certificate in your solution (see this article).
If none of the above solutions works, please create a ticket with our support department.
