In order to prevent any error, you have to follow an order of connection on our tools and platform.
Toucan
The right order of connection is first, on the filtering app.
To do so, go to https://toucan.belcy.com/users/login?referer=/
Log in with your Analyst Suite ("Toucan") credentials if you're a partner, or with Google if you're a CybelAngel staff member.
You will land on the welcome page.
Investigation App
Now, go to the Investigation application.
To do so, click on the squares on the top right corner, then on "Investigation", or on the direct link at the bottom of the Toucan landing page.
You are presented with the following login screen:
Log in with your Remediation Platform credentials if you're a partner, or with Google if you're a CybelAngel staff member.
Be careful: your Platform credentials are different from your Analyst Suite credentials.
Platform
Finally, you can to go to the platform : https://platform.cybelangel.com
You will see the same login screen as before. If you're a partner, you can log in with your Platform credentials.
I've got an error on my first connection
If you don't follow these 3 steps in order, you will have an error page with the 274 code, in that case, please contact the support team.
