As a CYBELANGEL customer, your organization is registered on our platform based on your email address domain. Every new user of our Help Center who registers an account with an email address domain associated to your organization will become a member of this organization.
This enables CYBELANGEL to organize and sort tickets more efficiently, and offers restricted access to some sections of our documentation to our trusted customers.
Can I see tickets created by other members of my organization?
Not by default, but organization supervisors can request that tickets submitted through the Help Center or by email are shared with all members of their organization with an account on our Help Center.
