How can I set a new password to access the CYBELANGEL plateform?

How can I log into the CYBELANGEL platform for the first time if I lost my welcome email or if I haven't received it?

Answer

In case you forgot your password, or you need to log in for the first time without the welcome email from CYBELANGEL:

Go to https://platform.cybelangel.com/

Fill the box with your email address and click on "Continue"

Click on "Forgot password?"

Enter the professional email ID if needed, and Click "Continue".

The link to reset the password will be sent by email.

Click on the link, fill in your new password and click the arrow to confirm.

You will be redirected to the login page. Login by entering your email and your password.
