Allow Popups on Chrome browser

Question

I'm an analyst using either toucan or beta.toucan.
When I'm clicking on "Create report" on the Investigation application, my draft won't automatically open. Why?

Answer

This is probably due to your Chrome browser blocking the pop-up window that should have automatically opened.

In order to ensure the pop-up windows are allowed for Toucan and Beta.Toucan, you should allow them in Chrome's parameters.

Method 1:

Go to the following URL:

chrome://settings/content/popups

Then in the "Allow" section, Add the following URLs:

https://toucan.belcy.com
https://beta.toucan.belcy.com

Method 2:
It can also be done while Chrome is blocking a popup. If this is the case, on te right of the URL field you will have the following icon:

1/ Click on it
2/ Allow pop-up for this specific website
3/ Validate
