How to select a certificate when Chrome freezes on the certificate selection pop-up :
Answer
To apply the workaround, follow these steps:
Type in URL one more time and hit enter. Then another "Select a certificate" dialog shows on top of the frozen one and in this one you can select the certificate and continue.
